Here is some follow up Brittney's questions:
1. How many staff members are assigned to help with the campus visit?
I am the primary "planner/executor" but I have the entire counseling staff
+ 2-4 operations staff members per visit day.
2. Do you have any administrative/support staff working with the visit?
Yes, see above!
3. If you have at least 2 people working on the visit, can you give me
a quick synopsis of what each person does?
I plan the entire event, order everything, set up kaper charts with day
duties, organize ambassadors. On the day of I just walk around and oversee
everything.
Everyone else does whatever I assign them to do. We have a variety of
"duties" each day such as setting up the space, organizing tours, making
sure lunch and sessions go well, facilitating or presenting at sessions.
