[civsa] Event Programs/Agendas

Hello CIVSA Members,
 
We are looking to make some changes to our Visit Days & Preview Day programs.  We are thinking of moving our weekend events to a weekday.  Has anyone tried this?  If so, has it been successful? Do faculty participate in them on the weekdays if your school is in session on the event date? Also, could you please send me your event agendas.
 
I know a few schools mentioned moving weekend events to weekdays at the conference this summer.  
 
Any help, input, feedback, etc. that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
