With everyone experiencing growing applicants pools, we were wondering what expectations are there for your visitor center professional staff for reading applications?  I would so appreciate if you would share the structure of your visitor center staffing with titles and the volume that each staff member reads or if you have staff with visitor center responsibilities who don't read.
