[civsa] Learning Outcomes/Ambassador Goals

Hi CIVSA,
I was just reading the Welcomer this morning, and the article included
about Learning Outcomes is perfectly timed! I'm currently working to
develop a process that would put in place some learning outcomes and allow
our Ambassadors to set goals and receive support throughout the year in
achieving them. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with this or
examples of the process they used to help Ambassadors do this goal setting?
I would be quite grateful to have some inspiration from my colleagues!
